Outstanding!
From the first contact, to the end of installation, Riviera were amazing. This hottub experience is like stepping into another dimension without leaving our garden. We are Delighted! A couple of days on our tub is leaching it's tannins as we were told it would, but it's nothing to stop our enjoyment. Thankyou Riviera Hottubs!!

I can't recommend this firm highly enough.
Hugely helpful with the questions I had. Installed a wood fired tub in my garden that is absolutely beautiful. However what impressed me the most was how they dealt with a fault that arose. Immediately accepted responsibility and then flew up from their location (Devon) to mine (Scotland) to fix the issue (replace a stave). When I praised how they had dealt with it, they were surprised, replying "its the right thing to do". If only all businesses operated like this...

Amazing hot tub! Extremely well made - great service from Matt and Robin along with Josh and Tom who built and talked us through hot tub. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. First wooden hot tub, the smell and feel is a million miles away from the standard plastic tubs. Highly recommended company.

Riviera fitted a cedar wood hot tub for us in London and it has been brilliant. It looks amazing, is beautifully made and we use it most evenings. We did a lot of research before buying and were delighted that we chose Riviera.
The whole process very quick and easy with an on-site visit prior to us ordering to advise on the best location for the tub. Installation was equally good - carried out by a friendly and helpful team of guys. Quality service all round and a superb product!

We had a wooden barrel Riviera Hot Tub installed in 2018 and have enjoyed it very much, year 'round. The Riviera team has provided excellent customer service and quickly attended for emergency repairs (through no fault of theirs), and also supplied us with very good quality hot tub maintenance products. Their annual service is especially good. They are always reliable, efficient and polite. We highly recommend Riviera Hot Tubs.

We have had our hot tub for 3 years, it's admired by everybody who uses it. It is beautifully crafted to a high standard. It feels and smells natural and has blended beautifully into it's environment.
The team at Riviera hot tubs have been responsive and really helpful if I have ever had any issues. Am hoping to be able to use it well into the future, it's great to go in with friends but equally for a quiet time looking up at the night sky.

Excellent installation by Josh and Jamie. Very professional and friendly. Spent time to ensure the Hot tub was exactly where we wanted it. Josh spent over an hour giving us very in depth training on use and maintenance of the Hot tub. The Hot tub looks absolutely stunning in our garden. It also smells amazing! Sitting in a cedar Hot tub is so much nicer than a plastic one. Could not be more delighted.
